Causes of Tinnitus and Natural Treatments

Health - Patrick - May 24, 2020

Tinnitus is an annoying ringing in the ears that can sound like a continuous whine and it can prevent the person from hearing. The hearing problems of the person with tinnitus can be temporary or permanent. The tinnitus can make it hard or even impossible to hear the people and things you should be hearing. Tinnitus is something that a person can hear when they are in total silence. It sounds like a constant hum and it can eradicate other sounds.

There are many reasons why a person has tinnitus. Tinnitus can be caused by having high blood pressure, thyroid problems, or a head injury. Tinnitus can be a very serious illness or it can be simply an excess of ear wax in the ear placing pressure on the eardrum. You can control and suppress all these symptoms with the help of Sonus complete.

Tinnitus is very hard to control or cure. Some hearing aids claim that they can help a person with tinnitus but many times all a hearing aid does is make the tinnitus louder along with all the other noises. Hearing aids rarely help someone with tinnitus hear well.

There are some natural alternatives a person with tinnitus can try to help them to hear better. You can try to rub your temples with some essential oils before you go to sleep at night. You can try some lemon, rosemary, or rose oil before you go to bed. The essential oils help you to relax and possibly open up the ear more to let more sounds in.

You may have a build-up of wax in the ear that causes the tinnitus. Ear candles are one way to relieve the tinnitus in your ears if it is being caused by ear wax. You can get some ear candles from a health food store along with the directions on how to use the ear candles. Ear candles will soften up the ear wax and then actually remove the ear wax in the ear.

You can try to drink a cup or more of herbal tea to help your tinnitus. Ginkgo biloba or feverfew tea may help your tinnitus clear up. Tea is a good drink and it may help to live with tinnitus more enjoyable.

Sometimes if you start taking or change your vitamins you can cure your tinnitus. Take more magnesium, potassium, and vitamins C and A and see if that helps tinnitus.

Tinnitus can be a serious illness especially if you just started having trouble with it. You should go see a doctor if you have or develop tinnitus. Tinnitus may be heart disease or something just as bad.
